About The Position

Oracle’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Product Strategy team is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Tools Product Manager to drive the creation and deployment of internal AI-powered solutions aimed at boosting the team’s efficiency and productivity. In this pivotal role, you will both define and execute product strategies for agent-based and generative AI internal tools, merging SCM business expertise with advanced technical capabilities. Your work will enable the Product Strategy team to deliver informed, fast, and accurate decisions while embodying Oracle’s commitment to driving the digital transformation of supply chain management. As a member of the SCM Product Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and executive leadership to design, build, and launch AI agents and applications that automate processes, generate actionable insights, and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate blends hands-on technical skills in building AI-driven products, strong prompt engineering proficiency, and deep functional knowledge of SCM domains such as planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, plm and order management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or supply chain technology.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, building, or managing AI or data-driven applications, with direct experience in prompt engineering for large language models.
  • Functional expertise in one or more SCM domains (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to ship agent-based or AI-driven products from idea through delivery, including defining vision, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant AI technologies, with proficiency in building internal tooling, apps, or automations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle’s SCM Cloud products, data models, and business process flows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM APIs, or agent orchestration platforms.
  • Experience in automating business processes and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.
  • Knowledge of open-source AI, cloud platforms, and API integration patterns.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to empathize with both technical and business users.
