About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering.
Experience with backend development (Python, C++)
LangChain: Framework for developing applications powered by language models
OpenAI API: Integration and implementation experience
LLMs : Solid understanding of LLM inference and application development.
Vector Databases: Understanding of vector data storage and retrieval
Search Algorithms: Knowledge of semantic search and retrieval systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of numerical methods such as Finite Element Method or Discrete Element Method

Responsibilities

Design and develop production-grade AI applications focused on intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation
Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and fellow developers
Translate "expert intuition" into algorithmic workflows, enabling the software to assist users in selecting appropriate inputs and solution strategies
Help shape the architecture and technical direction of new AI capabilities in our products
Learn, experiment, and contribute ideas in a supportive, agile team
