Basic Qualifications Education/Training: Associate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, AI/ML certifications preferred; specialized AI education/training; valid driver’s license. Skill(s): Clear communication in English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong interpersonal and technical skills; experience with AI platforms, automation tools, and scripting languages; knowledge of machine learning frameworks; familiarity with cloud services (Azure); understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance in AI systems; problem solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills for AI/automation issues; ability to stand, stoop, crawl, reach, and lift items up to 15 lbs. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year in AI systems administration, automation, or IT support preferred. General Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Bank’s AI and automation technology operations; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for AI and automation platforms to end users (phone, in person, remote)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AI models, automation workflows, and data pipelines
  • Monitor and maintain AI system performance, reliability, and security
  • Assist in deploying, updating, and scaling AI solutions across the organization
  • Respond to system outages and incidents involving AI/automation platforms
  • Maintain inventories of AI-related hardware, software, and licenses
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles for AI systems
  • Maintain logs and documentation for application operations and incidents
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize AI system reports for management
  • Present onboarding material and training for new hires on AI systems
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles for application systems, including account creation, modification, deletion, and password resets as part of change maintenance
  • Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate Bank personnel.
  • Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other Bank personnel, within given time frames and within established policy.
