About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on systemic & results-oriented System Security Architect/Engineer to join our best-in-class datacenter system architecture team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the future of datacenter system security for the industry’s most advanced data center solutions. In this role, you'll go beyond the surface, digging deep into SoC, hardware, firmware, and software layers to understand and secure every aspect of the system. Your ability to connect low-level mechanisms with high-level security goals will be crucial in developing and assessing new features and improving existing protections. A dogged, investigative mindset, ability to foresee subtle issues, customer perspective, and an uncompromising attitude toward delivering the end goal will differentiate you from others. You will collaborate with architects, security analysis teams, and internal stakeholders to design and characterize system level solutions. You'll engage in technical analysis, define comprehensive security use cases, and leverage a broad spectrum of technologies to drive secure system solutions across silicon, hardware, platform, firmware, and software, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of a broad spectrum of datacenter security technologies including secure boot, secure update, attestation, confidential compute, and trusted execution environment (TEE) architecture.
  • Well versed in relevant industry standards in these areas.
  • As a System Security Architect/Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure system architectures and technology enablement.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep experience in designing and deploying production quality security solutions.
  • Expertise in trusted execution environment (TEE) architecture of datacenter security technologies.
  • Experience in designing and deploying production-grade security solutions and protocols.
  • Good knowledge of security and cryptography principles, standards, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with datacenter systems management technologies and its components
  • Strong knowledge of embedded interconnect technologies, such as I2C/I3C, SPI, USB, PCIe etc
  • Ability to read and interpret board schematics and data sheets
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages, such as C/C++, Python, or other HW development languages.
  • Familiarity with debugging techniques and methodologies; hands-on experience.
  • Understanding of encryption standards and secure communication protocols.
  • Experience with various OS environments and multitenant systems.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Define pragmatic and usable system security solutions across the datacenter hardware, firmware, and software stack
  • Work closely with multiple technical teams to drive and support the implementation, validation, and deployment of system security solutions.
  • Hands-on collaboration with diverse teams to evaluate and develop innovative security solutions and proof of concept
  • Define and drive deployment of industry security best practices across diverse teams and technologies.
  • Threat modelling and security issue analysis across hardware, firmware, and software
