About The Position

You will be the AI SW & System Integration Architect for the Integration Test & Evaluation (IT&E) team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing advanced test system emulation, design, and integration to support missile and platform software development and tactical field testing. What You Will Be Doing As the AI SW & System Integration Architect you will be responsible for shaping AI‑driven test capabilities and ensuring seamless integration across hardware and software domains. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design and implement AI‑enhanced test system emulation frameworks. Integrate software and hardware components for missile and air‑defense test platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to define test requirements and validation criteria. Mentor team members on best practices for AI modeling in test environments. Drive continuous improvement of automated test processes and documentation. Requirements

  • Experience with pipeline processing, automation, and continuous integration
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software automation code and/or pipelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to create, communicate, and execute a project plan
  • Engineering degree and at least 5 year's exp.
  • Interim Secret clearance required prior to start
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Gitlab or equivalent
  • Expert in standard programming languages such as C++, python, PowerShell in addition to application of object-oriented software design principles
  • Must have the ability to become familiar with NI LabView
  • Proficient with the requirements management lifecycle including test requirements for a complex system under test, automated test equipment or test system specifications (hardware and software), and configuration management of the requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and able to work in a team
