IAV is currently seeking motivated and curious AI (Artificial Intelligence) Student Interns at our North American Headquarters in Novi, Michigan. As an AI Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects, contribute to real-world applications, and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate is a college student pursuing a degree in engineering or computer science, with a passion for AI and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a highly motivated team on demanding and trend-setting assignments with a great deal of scope for your ideas. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information technology or an equivalent engineering study / a related field.
Must be able to manage school and internship schedules.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in working with AI/engineering AI applications and related AI Frameworks like Googles A2A is a plus
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and testing of AI models and algorithms.
Support in development of AI engineering solutions and Tools.
Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis for machine learning projects.
Assist in Model Based Systems Engineering, Coding and Model-Based Tool development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems using CI/CD-frameworks among other
Document findings, processes, and results clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in AI and machine learning.
