About The Position
The Squad Group Lead is responsible for delivering services and solutions to Welocalize customers by managing a group of squads and directing a team of Squad Leads. The main objective is to ensure that the squads understand client requirements, engage the global team to fulfill those requirements, and craft and deliver client solutions based on Welocalize's Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork. The Squad Group Lead is accountable for achieving assigned Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and exceeding the financial performance of their Squad Group.
