The AI Specialist will be a key contributor in TCS Interactive's DX Practice, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, marketing technology, and digital transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, combined with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems. Solution Development: Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization, automation, and customer engagement across marketing, commerce, and service channels. · Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI. Innovation & Experimentation: · Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX, leveraging frameworks · Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering. Integration & Deployment: · Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, CDP, and marketing automation tools. · Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks, geo-specific regulations, and data privacy standards. Collaboration & Advisory: · Work closely with DX Advisors, Experience Designers, and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives. · Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.
