About The Position

Emerald Technologies is looking for an AI Specialist to join our Finance team and lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that transform financial insights, automation, and decision-making. This role is at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, helping translate business needs into scalable tools that enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency across Finance and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years in AI engineering, data science, advanced analytics, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python (JavaScript/C# preferred), SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with Azure services and data pipelines.
• Experience supporting Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations teams.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable, well-documented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for finance and supply chain use cases (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, automation).
• Build predictive and descriptive analytics solutions to improve financial reporting, planning, and decision support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate solutions into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and workflows using modern AI and analytics tools.
• Support reporting automation and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Document models, data flows, and processes for transparency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.
