Today, HubSpot Media content reaches 50 million people every month through such popular franchises as The Hustle, My First Million, and dozens of other YouTube channels, newsletters, podcasts, creator partnerships, blogs and more. As our AI Specialist and Engineer, you’ll join a specialized pod on our Media team that’s focused on: Identifying existing or net-new Media use cases where AI (agents, prompts, systems, tools, internal microapps, et al.) have the opportunity to improve the efficiency, personalization and/or effectiveness of our content, lead magnets and audience development work. Prioritizing and executing against a roadmap of Media-focused initiatives. Supporting overall AI adoption, training, and ensuring smooth integration of AI tools and projects into existing Media workflows. Conducting ongoing business impact analyses to drive iteration.
