About The Position

Notion is seeking a founding AI Solutions Specialist to shape how we sell and scale our AI products. This role spans internal GTM program building and external, hands-on customer work. For customer work you’ll partner with one of our sales regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) and help lead AI sales pursuits. You’ll also own one internal team pillar to help build the motion at scale globally. These include but are not limited to: 1) Sales Motions & Programs 2) Sales & EPD Programs 3) Technical Sales Motions & Programs 4) Team Processes & Reporting. To be successful in this role, you’ll need the sales acumen to run customer POCs, the technical skills to implement AI workflows, and the project-management skills to work cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • You have top of the line sales skills and are comfortable owning customer discussions/sales cycles
  • You have strong technical skills with the ability to build and implement AI workflows with customers
  • You are a builder with previous experiencing creating, owning, and scaling new programs
  • You operate with pace and tempo, focusing on shipping & iterating as you learn
  • You are a cross functional partner who works well with folks inside and outside GTM
  • A company first mindset
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional sales overlay, co-selling with account teams to qualify, scope, and accelerate AI sales opportunities
  • Run sales cycles end to end in partnership with the selling team, closing complex AI deals in your region
  • Implement AI workflows with customers, leveraging deal discovery and POC requirements to generate AI revenue
  • Own and build out one of our internal team pillars: 1) Sales Motions & Programs 2) Sales & EPD Programs 3) Technical Sales Motions & Programs 4) Team Processes & Reporting
  • Serve as an AI thought leader for customers and the field, translating business problems into practical AI workflows and shaping our Custom Agents narrative
