About The Position

The AI Solutions & Security Manager is responsible for driving secure and compliant AI adoption across the Bank. This role identifies AI opportunities within business units, supports development and vendor integrations, and ensures all AI initiatives follow cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards. The position also provides backup support to the Information Security Officer (ISO) and assists with enterprise security governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred, or pertinent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI development, AI integration, process automation, or information security - preferably within financial services.
  • Understanding of banking regulations, data privacy requirements, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., FFIEC, NIST, GLBA).
  • Experience working with AI vendors, cloud platforms, and secure system architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify AI opportunities across departments to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client experience.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for internal and vendor-driven AI solutions.
  • Support proof-of-concept testing, ROI evaluations, and implementation planning.
  • Work with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate AI tools into existing systems.
  • Ensure successful rollout of AI solutions with minimal operational disruption.
  • Track implementation timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Apply cybersecurity principles and access controls to all AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the ISO, cybersecurity team, and compliance team to meet regulatory expectations.
  • Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, governance reporting, and regulatory reviews.
  • Serve as the designated backup to the Information Security Officer (ISO), supporting incident response, vendor oversight, audit preparation, and security reporting.
  • Serve as liaison between business units, technology teams, third-party vendors, and security stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to teams on secure AI usage and best practices.
  • Track KPIs for AI adoption and report performance results to senior management.
  • Maintain documentation for governance reporting, exams, and internal review.
  • Additional assignments as designated by the CEO.
