About The Position

Belden is seeking an AI Solutions Manager - Commercials to join our Digital Transformation team. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, focused on shaping, designing, and delivering AI solutions that transform Belden's Sales, Marketing, and broader Commercial operations. The ideal candidate combines AI expertise with strong business acumen—able to translate business needs into AI opportunities, communicate concepts clearly in non-technical terms, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively with internal teams or consulting partners. This role will work closely with the AI Solutions Manager - Innovation to align on integration, architecture, and long-term scalability. This is a remote opportunity and will report to the Senior Director, Data, Governance, and AI.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AI or related roles, focused on implementing AI services and data architectures.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations, with experience applying them to real-world business problems.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (Vector databases, knowledge graphs, A2A and MCP, and similar).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI services, Python, PANDAS, and other similar languages.
• Strong understanding of data management and governance principles as they relate to AI.
• Awareness of ethical AI considerations and AI governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI services that drive scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions across various business domains.
• Lead the design and delivery of AI solutions for Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing functions, ensuring projects are aligned with both business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Commercial leaders to uncover pain points and opportunities where AI can create measurable value. Translate those needs into practical AI use cases and solution designs.
• Drive effective use of AI across internal AI platforms such as BeldenIQ and Agentforce.
• Partner with the Data Governance team to ensure ethical, compliant, and secure application of AI in commercial use cases.
• Manage solution delivery from scoping to deployment, ensuring timelines, value realization, and adoption goals are met.
• Stay current with AI trends in Sales, Marketing, and customer engagement, applying innovative ideas to Belden's commercial strategy.
• Implement best practices for AI security, ensuring the protection of data privacy and integrity within AI systems.
