About The Position

VIATEQ is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to help build and deploy intelligent, real-time solutions for our clients using platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai. In this role, you’ll work with low-code and no-code tools to design, configure, and integrate AI capabilities into client environments—enhancing customer experiences, automating workflows, and improving agent productivity. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical capability and systems thinking. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure that AI tools are effectively embedded in their environment and tailored to real business needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Cresta and/or Kore.ai to customize and integrate AI solutions
• Understanding of system integrations using APIs, webhooks, or platform connectors
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or demo configuration (a plus, not required)
• Any Kore.ai certifications (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and deploy AI solutions using no-code/low-code platforms (Cresta and/or Kore.ai)
• Integrate AI tools with client environments (CRMs, contact centers, databases, internal APIs, etc.)
• Translate business and user requirements into scalable, intelligent workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, client success) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify and lead opportunities to automate and optimize business processes through AI
• Document configurations and contribute to reusable templates, patterns, and best practices
