About The Position

AI is no longer just a research concept - it's becoming an essential part of how complex enterprises operate, compete, and deliver value. We're looking for engineers who are eager to work at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world system integration. You'll help architect, build, and deploy intelligent, agentic solutions that work across legacy infrastructure, modern platforms, and stakeholder needs. In this role, you'll work closely with senior architects, platform leads, and business stakeholders to design AI-enabled systems that solve meaningful problems across enterprise and mission environments. You'll gain exposure to next-generation tooling, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents, while contributing to high-impact efforts that demand both technical skill and strategic insight. If you're excited by the idea of turning cutting-edge models into operational reality, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with exposure to production-scale AI or ML-enabled applications
  • Experience integrating LLMs or multimodal models into user-facing applications or workflow tools
  • Experience with RAG systems using vector databases, including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS, and embedding models
  • Experience with backend engineering in Python
  • Experience building or supporting AI agents, including using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud functions, and deployment pipelines
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, UX designers, and security stakeholders
  • Ability to write and optimize prompts, chains, and tool integrations to improve LLM performance in real-world use cases
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
