As Director of AI Solutions & Client Engagement at Addition, you'll lead our client growth and business development strategy, working directly with our CEO and management team to build our book of business. You'll own the complete client lifecycle, from identifying prospects and closing deals to nurturing long-term partnerships and expanding accounts. This is a senior commercial role that requires equal parts business development prowess, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. You'll be the bridge between our AI capabilities and client needs, partnering with tech, creative, and production teams to deliver transformative solutions.
