We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who will play a key role in transforming how we deliver services, manage projects, and engage with customers. This position is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and business outcomes — using AI and data-driven tools to streamline operations, boost accuracy, and create value across the organization. This role will report to the VP of Services and is located at our HQ in Plano, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Experience in AI, automation, or process optimization in a technical or service-oriented business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of forecasting and data modeling.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and develop content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in engineering, energy systems, or service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Quotation & Accuracy Develop labor and cost estimates from project scopes and site conditions. Drive consistency in third-party labor and material cost estimation. Align quotation and engineering schedules to customer needs, eliminating unnecessary site visits when possible.
  • Automate & Streamline Processes Leverage AI to improve back-office efficiency across resource assignment, invoicing, and material escalation. Accelerate Method of Procedure (MOP) development and review. Enhance closure processes and track quality outcomes.
  • Enhance Technical Support with AI Mine technical support databases to provide faster, more accurate solutions for customers and sales teams. Identify opportunities to monetize AI-driven support solutions.
  • Develop Training Create engaging training content for technical and non-technical audiences. Design course materials, quick-reference guides, and best-practice documentation.
  • Advance Forecasting & Analytics Improve and verify revenue forecasting models.
  • Power Plant Analytics Apply data analytics for preventative and predictive maintenance of critical power systems. Model site-level power efficiency and integrate third-party products for total solutions
