About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong AI Solutions Architect to help shape the future of AI at Trilon. This role is responsible for assessing AI-related use cases across the enterprise, designing scalable and secure solution architectures, and ensuring alignment with organizational, customer, and compliance requirements. The AI Solutions Architect will serve as the technical bridge between business needs and implementation realities. This includes defining robust architectures for both custom-developed solutions and third-party platforms that integrate seamlessly with Trilon’s existing systems. This role will collaborate closely with the AI Program Manager, AI Developer, data science teams, and enterprise architecture leadership to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that scale effectively across our family of companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience designing scalable AI/ML architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong background with demonstrated success in LLMs and related technologies and LLMS frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom agents).
• Expertise on recommending and designing best-fit solutions / end-to-end architectures for each use case.
• Proficient in cloud architecture (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions preferred).
• Understanding of enterprise security, responsible AI, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong communication skills; able to create documentation and present to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience integrating AI with Power Platform, SharePoint, or Teams.
• Cloud/AI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility, impact, and strategic value.
• Recommend the best-fit solution approach for each use case, whether built in-house, acquired from vendors, or a combination of both.
• Design end-to-end technical architectures that support AI capabilities, including model orchestration, data pipelines, APIs, user interfaces, and operational monitoring.
• Define architectural standards and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed of delivery.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with Trilon’s data privacy, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Incorporate responsible AI principles, security controls, and monitoring into all solution designs.
• Lead or support the technical evaluation of AI tools and platforms, including generative AI, copilots, SaaS integrations, and third-party APIs.
• Define integration points and architecture for any external tools selected.
• Serve as a technical partner to AI Developers and Data Scientists by guiding solution architecture decisions.
• Work with enterprise architects and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with core IT platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Monitor advancements in AI, cloud services, and enterprise architecture to inform and improve Trilon’s approach.
• Maintain architecture documentation and continuously refine solution design patterns to support evolving business needs.
