About The Position

VIATEQ is looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions for our clients using platforms like Cresta and Kore.ai. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating client goals into scalable, real-world AI applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that enhance customer experiences, optimize solution performance, and unlock the full value of no-code/low-code AI platforms. Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying Cresta and/or Kore.ai to architect and implement AI solutions.
• Understanding of system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Comfort working in cross-functional environments and managing competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Any Kore.ai and/or Cresta certifications.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or demo configuration (a plus, not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design sessions with clients to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications that can be used by the teams to develop technical/business solutions.
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation planning of the technical/business solution using Cresta and Kore.ai platforms.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems (CRMs, contact centers, knowledge bases, APIs).
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle—from scoping to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AI engineers, analysts, project managers) to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
• Guide clients through best practices, platform capabilities, and ongoing optimization strategies.
