Protiviti is looking for a n AI Solution Architect and Developer , Manager to join our growing Artificial Intelligenc e Innovation team. The Protiviti AI Studio is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth. It supports ideation, experimentation and enablement, providing organizations an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, access to tools and expertise to turn AI concepts into real business impact. The AI Solutions Architect and Developer Manager will be part of Protiviti’s AI Studio. They will play a pivotal role in envisioning “the art of the possible” with AI, transforming abstract concepts into tangible solutions for clients. They will be responsible for developing and showcasing demonstrations and prototypes that address real-world challenges, ensuring that clients can see the practical applications and benefits of AI firsthand. Through experimentation and prototyping iteration, they will create repeatable industry solution accelerators that not only solve immediate business problems but also pave the way for scalable future implementations .

• Demonstrated experience with: Cloud services and infrastructure with platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Programming languages for AI development, including Python
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline ( Computer Science or related field)
• 5+ years working designing and deploying technology projects involving advanced analytics or machine learning models.
• A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation, prototyping, solutioning and deployment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms strongly preferred
• Professional Certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect are preferred

Responsibilities

• Creating AI-enabled prototypes and a demonstration showcase, continuously building and iterating on prototypes to create an extensive portfolio of AI application starters to real-world business problems .
• Lead ing the design and development of end-to-end AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create AI-enabled solutions for repeatable business problems and develop functional prototypes to validate feasibility and applicability of AI technologies to practical use cases and challenges .
• Fostering innovation by identifying new AI technologies or methodologies that can enhance current processes or solve new challenges.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs, translate these requirements into technical specifications for the AI Innovation Studio .
• Working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of AI/ML models into production systems.
• Establishing best practices in AI governance principles ensuring ethical use, transparency, risk management while delivering high-quality services to clients.
