About The Position

3 AI Solutions & Analyst Intern positions available! Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 27 - August 14 Session 2: June 17 - September 4 We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Internal Consulting team as an intern. This role offers hands-on experience in developing AI proof of concepts, supporting AI education initiatives, and contributing to cross-functional projects that deliver real business value. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Proof of Concepts: Design and build prototype solutions that explore the feasibility and impact of AI in banking and related business areas.
• Create Educational Content: Collaborate with team members to produce training materials, demos, and documentation that improve AI literacy across the organization.
• Support Data-Driven Projects: Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis to enable AI development and business insights.
• Build and Maintain AI Agents: Develop and maintain AI-powered agents and applications using modern tools and frameworks.
• Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, offer technical assistance, and ensure smooth operation of AI solutions.
• Communicate Effectively: Present findings and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams on special AI initiatives that address real business challenges.
