About The Position

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with strong full stack development skills and proven GenAI experience to join our team at New Digital Intelligence. Our projects span ready-made GenAI products using partner platforms, extensions to existing solutions, and custom AI development. This is a customer-facing role: you will work directly with clients to validate, refine, and iterate AI solutions—while also building and integrating the technology.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering).
  • Experience with APIs, cloud environments, and SaaS solution integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions quickly based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading discussions directly with clients.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in constantly changing environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Previous role in solutions engineering, presales, or technical consulting.
  • Experience deploying AI applications in enterprise settings.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment automation.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT integration challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding them through validation, prototyping, and iterative solution design.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business problems and translate them into working GenAI solutions.
  • Help implement full stack applications and integrations.
  • Work closely with our product and AI engineering teams to extend and customize GenAI platforms.
  • Explain technical trade-offs and solution design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive rapid deployment of AI products into customer environments, ensuring real-world impact.
  • Share learnings, best practices, and technical insights internally to strengthen our engineering culture.
