The AI Solution Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, testing, and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Project Management Office, this individual will assist in identifying opportunities, experimenting with tools, and helping deliver innovative solutions that make employees work smarter and faster. This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for a curious and motivated individual who enjoys exploring new technologies, testing approaches, and creatively solving problems even when requirements are not fully defined. The ideal candidate is eager to learn across multiple disciplines, comfortable working with AI coding agents, and excited to contribute to discussions on the best approach to deliver value with AI.

  • Assist in building, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation tools.
  • Support integration of AI solutions into existing business systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose creative AI-driven solutions.
  • Interact with AI coding agents to generate, debug, and refine code for prototypes and production-ready solutions.
  • Explore new methods, tools, and frameworks; conduct rapid testing and proof-of-concepts.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches, weighing trade-offs between speed, scalability, and usability.
  • Identify challenges and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, platforms, and trends, and summarize insights for the team.
  • Benchmark and analyze the performance of AI models and tools.
  • Support data collection, preparation, and cleaning for training and testing purposes.
  • Contribute to the creation of training resources, guides, and demos.
  • Assist in delivering workshops and AI literacy initiatives to employees.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations from pilot projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Internship, academic, or project experience in AI, data analysis, or technology is preferred but not required.
  • Experience thinking creatively to solve open-ended problems is a plus.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred; R is a plus).
  • Ability to read, debug, and test code; familiarity with basic deployment practices.
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, or cloud systems (AWS and Azure) is desirable.
  • Exposure to AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Codex, Claude Claude) is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills for documentation and reporting.
