About The Position

As an AI Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications that enhance healthcare workflows and analytics. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate machine learning models into production-ready tools. Your role will span full-stack development, including back-end integration, front-end interfaces, and cloud deployment. You will contribute to high-impact projects that improve patient care, optimize operational processes, and advance the use of AI in clinical settings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI/ML integration.
  • Experience with Epic modules and data stores (Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle).
  • Knowledge of modern AI/ML platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with AI agent development tools (LangGraph, Swarm, MCP) and ML concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular).
  • Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and software deployment best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven applications, APIs, and web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML scientists, engineers, and domain experts to translate models and requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Lead architectural decisions for new products and services to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Integrate applications with external APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Debug, optimize, and maintain applications to meet production standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI, software engineering, and cloud technologies.
