The Field AI Engineering team is a unique group of professionals combining strong technical expertise, rooted in a software engineering background, with excellent customer-facing skills. In this role, you will lead major customer engagements, both remotely and on-site, and tackle the most complex challenges faced by our customers. Some of these challenges will be addressed in-house by designing and developing tailored solutions for customer environments. Others will require close collaboration with our R&D and Product teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hard technical problems while working directly with customers and influencing product direction.
