About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for AI Search, responsibilities include developing and optimizing intelligent search experiences using advanced AI technologies. Ownership of the product roadmap focuses on enhancing discovery, relevance, and user engagement. The role emphasizes delivering innovative AI- powered search capabilities that promote adoption, satisfaction, and measurable value. About the Team The Zoom AI Product team drives AI strategy, defining AI Companion and platform features while integrating enerative AI, automation, and agent technologies into Zoom’s offerings. This team transforms advanced AI innovations into impactful user experiences and scalable solutions for individuals, businesses, and developers. This position serves as the primary product lead for agent workflows, overseeing cross-platform and multi- product development of custom agent functionalities.

Requirements

• Have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Need 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager with deep expertise in search technologies, information retrieval, and AI/ML applications
• Demonstrate track record in building and scaling search products with proven experience in implementing AI-powered search features and optimization strategies
• Have experience presenting to stakeholders and executives with the ability to articulate search quality improvements, user impact, and business value
• Need to have proficiency with product analytics and optimization of search relevance metrics including click-through rates, conversion rates, and user engagement
• Have understanding of search technologies, NLP, ranking algorithms, and the competitive landscape in AI-powered search solutions

Responsibilities

• S haping end-to-end search product direction through data-driven insights, user research, and deep technical engagement with a focus on relevance metrics, search quality, and user satisfaction
• Leading product strategy for AI-powered search capabilities including semantic search, query understanding, personalization, and multi-modal search experiences
• Partnering closely with engineering and data science teams to design and implement search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance optimization systems
• Ensuring search experiences meet performance, scalability, and quality standards while maintaining intuitive user interfaces and seamless integration across products
• Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across research, engineering, design, and analytics teams to continuously improve search effectiveness and user engagement
• Driving technical partnerships and integrations with search infrastructure providers and AI/ML platforms to enhance search capabilities and expand feature offering
