About The Position

The way people find products is changing fast. More and more consumers are turning to AI assistants—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity—instead of traditional Google search to research and discover brands. Life's Abundance is getting ahead of this shift, and we need a curious, detail-oriented writer to help us build the content layer that makes it happen. As our AI Search Optimization Intern, you'll create structured markdown content files that help large language models deeply understand our products, our company, and our values. Think of it as becoming the bridge between our product catalog and the AI systems that are increasingly guiding consumer decisions. No coding required—this is a research and content role at the forefront of an emerging field.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field preferred)
• Strong writing skills—you can explain complex topics clearly and concisely
• Excellent research skills and a sharp eye for factual accuracy
• Genuine curiosity about AI, large language models, and how they're reshaping search and discovery
• Ability to work independently, manage a content calendar, and hit weekly production targets
• Comfort learning new tools and adapting to an emerging field

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with markdown syntax (or willingness to learn—we'll teach you)
• Interest in health, wellness, pet nutrition, skincare, or eco-friendly products
• Experience with content writing, blogging, or copywriting
• Basic understanding of how search engines or AI assistants surface information
• Personal experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity

Responsibilities

• Research Life's Abundance products across all lines—companion supplements, Balanced Axis skincare, EnviroAxis cleaning products, and more
• Write structured markdown content files for each product page, covering formulation philosophy, key ingredients, differentiators, use cases, and competitive positioning
• Develop company-level content covering our mission, values, quality standards, and niche positioning
• Interview internal team members to surface product knowledge that isn't yet captured on our website
• Audit existing website pages and prioritize which products need AI context files first
• Maintain a content inventory tracking file status from draft through deployment
• Collaborate with our SEO intern to ensure AI and traditional search strategies are aligned
• Participate in regular review cycles with the Marketing Team Lead to sharpen your content quality and approach
