You’ll apply foundational AI/ML expertise to build and fine-tune advanced models—including deep learning and generative architectures—to solve complex business challenges. Your work will span from prototyping conversational assistants that deliver investment insights and guide client decisions, to building analytical AI solutions such as recommender systems, time series models for next-best-action predictions, and optimization algorithms for targeted client engagement. Collaborating closely with scientists and engineers, you’ll help deploy scalable, state-of-the-art AI applications that empower sales and marketing teams and enhance client outcomes. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have an MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field (PhD preferred). You have 1-3 years (post MS) or 1+ years (post PhD) of relevant work/research experience in developing AI/ML applications. You have a strong foundation in ML algorithms and deep learning architectures (e.g. neural networks, transformers). Proficiency in programming (Python) and familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks for model development. You have hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques with a passion for learning advanced AI concepts (e.g. knowledge graphs, fine-tuning techniques, agentic AI frameworks). You are committed to staying current with the latest advancements in the field, applying cutting-edge academic research to solve real-world asset management challenges, and successfully bringing innovative AI solutions into production. You are an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

  • MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
