About The Position

As a Sales Solutions Architect, GenAI, you will leverage the power of generative AI models to help clients solve challenges across industries. You will design and propose solutions, help clients understand how the models will benefit them both during pre-sales and delivery. For pre-sales you will be responsible for engaging with the client to understand their business outcomes and be able to translate that into a statement of work to deliver to the client. For ongoing engagements you will lead a team of engineers to implement projects, building cutting-edge generative AI solutions. Your work will contribute to the development of groundbreaking AI solutions that shape the future of technology and innovation. This position is 100% remote.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing and deploying generative AI models in practical applications
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and generative models such as GANs, VAEs, etc
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) applications in generative AI
  • Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data augmentation for training generative models
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for continuous learning and a keen interest in exploring the potential of generative AI in various industries
  • AWS Solution Architect - Professional Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
  • AWS Specialty Certification - Machine Learning (required within 1 year of hire)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate design sessions with clients and the Mission Cloud team to create the strategy, architecture, and implementation plan for generative AI implementation
  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models that demonstrate high performance and efficiency in solving complex problems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems or products
  • Contribute to or lead the development of statements of work based on solutions you have designed based on customer business outcomes and needs
  • Support pre-sales engineers in proposal design and positioning, including helping define an approach to solving a prospect’s technical challenges and helping the business development team estimate and plan projects
  • Work with the customer pre and post sales to ensure they are ready for the engagement to start, have data available, granted access to systems and have staff available
  • Implement and fine-tune existing generative AI algorithms and models to meet specific use-case requirements, including scalability and resource efficiency
  • Conduct thorough testing, accuracy evaluation and validation of generative AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness
  • Communicate proposed solutions to clients so they understand the benefits, translating technical elements into business language
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and project plans based on customer business outcomes and goals
  • Work with Project Managers to set customer expectations, drive alignment, and coordinate timelines
  • Work with engineers to break down complex development plans into LOE estimates, design documents and project plans
  • Implement customer roadmaps in coordination with engineers; ensure project tasks are completed on time, high quality, and progress toward project goals
  • Explore and experiment with the latest advancements in generative AI research to improve system performance and capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the generative AI field
  • Document the implementation process, provide technical documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Mentor more junior team members and support DAML process improvement initiatives
  • Support AI Solutions recruiting efforts by participating on interview panels
  • Lead strategic initiatives within Mission Cloud to keep AI Solutions at the forefront of AI and AWS technologies
  • Contribute marketing materials for Mission Cloud in the Generative AI space
