About The Position

This role bridges the gap between advanced AI technology and enterprise customers, helping organizations deploy and optimize AI systems effectively. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to communicate technical value, lead proofs of concept, and address complex customer challenges. The position combines pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, and customer engagement to drive adoption of AI observability platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, simplify complex ML concepts, and provide guidance throughout the sales lifecycle. Your work will directly influence customer success, revenue growth, and the broader adoption of AI technologies. The role offers an environment that values innovation, technical depth, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, technical account management, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including experience with frameworks like scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or fastai.
  • Proficiency in Python and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably Fortune 500 organizations.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in data engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to articulate technical value propositions and lead proofs of concept from requirements gathering to close.
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on AI/ML solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • Identify customer needs, handle technical objections, and collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to unblock challenges.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating blog posts, documentation, video assets, and enablement materials.
  • Engage with ML communities to raise awareness of production AI challenges and best practices.
  • Support the development of technical content to aid customer adoption and success.
