About The Position

We need world-class researchers with extensive coding experience. You will work alongside equally talented and driven teammates implementing safety metrics and alignment techniques to improve our LLMs. We need someone who is reliable and has high standards.

Requirements

• PhD or Postdoc in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of LLM is a bonus but not required
