About The Position
DocuSign is seeking a self-motivated AI SaaS Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and governance of AI solutions within our SaaS ecosystem. This role is pivotal in managing the GenAI features of essential SaaS applications, ensuring compliance with vendor management and SaaS policies, and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance the value of AI capabilities in their SaaS portfolios. As part of the Cloud Applications team, you will oversee the overall service ownership and strategy of our SaaS offerings. In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Cloud Apps. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of AI features within our SaaS applications, utilizing the latest GenAI technologies. You will manage and optimize the GenAI capabilities of critical SaaS applications, ensuring compliance with vendor management and SaaS policies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external AI and SaaS vendors will be essential, as will working closely with business partners to identify opportunities and maximize the value delivery of AI capabilities within their SaaS portfolios. You will also contribute to the overall AI strategy and direction of SaaS service ownership within the Cloud Applications team. Implementing monitoring tools and practices to track the performance and impact of AI features will be crucial to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, you will address and resolve issues related to AI functionalities in a timely manner, maintain comprehensive documentation of AI processes, configurations, and updates, and stay updated with the latest AI and SaaS trends and technologies, recommending and integrating new solutions. A security-first approach to AI development, configuration, and rollout will be championed throughout your work.
