The Rise of Authentic Experiences: AI’s Role in Elevating In-Person Events and Performance Strategy Internship will be located onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week in our downtown Boston HQ located at 125 Summer St. The Summer 2026 Internship is a 12-week program that requires a commitment to start on June 1st and stay through August 21st. Market Engagement Services (MES) is a centralized, strategic marketing enablement team that strengthens marketing effectiveness by optimizing resources, streamlining processes, and expanding reach to drive measurable commercial demand across Haemonetics’ Business Units through a programmatic approach. The Rise of Authentic Experiences: AI’s Role in Elevating In-Person Events and Performance Strategy examines how artificial intelligence is transforming the event landscape while reinforcing the growing importance of genuine, human-to-human interaction at live experiences. As digital and AI-driven touchpoints increase, this project explores how in-person events deliver credibility, trust, and authenticity that cannot be replicated online, and how AI can be leveraged to enhance — not replace — these moments through smarter personalization, real-time insights, and performance analytics. By analyzing attendee engagement, event effectiveness, and measurable ROI, the project will identify strategic ways to use AI and data to optimize event planning and execution, strengthen authentic connections, and maximize impact across both physical and digital event environments.
