Job Description: You will design, implement, and scale foundational AI models for multi-omics at massive scale. Requirements
- Proven experience training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale foundation models (7B+ parameters) using PyTorch or JAX
- Deep expertise in low-level optimization including CUDA, Triton, quantization, and hardware-specific tuning for GPUs or TPUs
- Strong track record of solving hard technical problems and communicating complex approaches in collaborative research environments
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize high-performance ML algorithms for massive-scale training and reliable distributed computing
- Design and maintain robust experimentation pipelines to enable rapid iteration and reproducible research outcomes
- Refactor prototype research code into production-grade repositories with a focus on high-signal experimental design
