About The Position

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related discipline, or a master's degree with 3+ years of industry experience in GenAI or foundation models.
• 2+ years of research experience on foundation models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
• In-depth experience in deep learning, particularly in areas like AI agents, multimodal transformers, and autonomous driving.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with hands-on experience in AI/NLP/CV libraries.
• Publication record in top venues such as ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, and NeurIPS.

Nice To Haves

• Strong background in math and statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial research.
• Hands-on experience in product development for consumer/enterprise markets.
• Experience in leading R&D projects and teams with international customers.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
