In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating how the next wave of AI innovation, specifically emerging agentic and open-model frameworks, can be leveraged to strengthen our competitive differentiation. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world execution, conducting structured evaluations of new tools to inform strategic product bets. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our AI-native platform by grounding rapid experimentation in tangible product value.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
  • Prototyping Skills: Strong hands-on experience building and leveraging agentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, programmatic reasoning workflows, and API integrations.
  • Technical Breadth: Familiarity with emerging open-source frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, AutoGPT) and a deep understanding of the LLM landscape.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and product market-fit.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and the architectural requirements for scaling AI applications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical findings to both engineering and product leadership.
  • Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-innovation environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Portfolio: A record of personal projects, contributions to open-source AI frameworks, or research publications in the field of agentic systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Framework Exploration: Explore and prototype emerging AI frameworks and agentic systems (e.g., OpenClaw and other nascent open-model frameworks) to identify potential advantages for the Accrete ecosystem.
  • Strategic Assessment: Assess the applicability of new AI advancements to the current product roadmap and long-term platform strategy.
  • Prototyping: Build lightweight proofs-of-concept (PoCs) to validate integration pathways and demonstrate the practical utility of new agentic workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product teams to identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Platform/Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, and architectural implications.
  • Insight Translation: Translate research insights and experimental results into structured recommendations for leadership to inform product strategy and investment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of AI-native competitors by systematically evaluating the latest tooling and research to ensure Accrete maintains its technological edge.
