About The Position
The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) is building a multidisciplinary AI Red Team dedicated to ensuring that AI systems are secure, compliant, resilient, and responsibly deployed. We are seeking engineers and researchers with strong technical backgrounds in AI/ML, embedded systems, or platform security who are eager to apply - or grow - a Red Team mindset. This role is ideal for those who enjoy thinking adversarially, breaking complex systems to make them stronger, and exploring the boundaries of modern AI technologies. You don't need to be an expert in AI Red Teaming to apply - if you bring deep experience in at least one relevant domain and are passionate about security and responsible AI, we want to hear from you.
