We are seeking an AI Research Scientist (Early Careers) to conduct forward-thinking research in machine learning and real estate technologies, helping drive innovation across The RRS Group. In this role, you will explore novel algorithms, enhance existing models for interpretation, language, and speech-related tasks, and contribute to high-impact research that strengthens RRS’s position as a leader in AI-driven real estate services.

  • Research & Development: Conduct research in AI/ML areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, generative AI, and predictive modeling, specific to the real estate domain (e.g., property valuation, market trend analysis, 3D modeling of homes).
  • Model Development: Design, prototype, and refine machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific real estate problems, such as optimizing pricing strategies or identifying investment opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets (property data, market trends, imagery, etc.) to extract meaningful insights and inform model development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business leaders, to integrate research prototypes into production systems and products.
  • Evaluation & Documentation: Design and conduct rigorous experiments to evaluate model performance, document research findings clearly, and share results via internal presentations or external publications.
  • Innovation & Learning: Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and industry trends, actively participating in a culture of scientific rigor and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or PhD in progress) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis
  • Experience with Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
  • Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in applied research
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
