Our client is a fast-growing company in the aesthetics industry, supporting plastic surgeons, medspas, cosmetic dentists, dermatologists, and other providers. They specialize in creating AI-driven marketing automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance client results. We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to design, refine, and scale AI-powered workflows for the aesthetics industry. This role goes beyond basic automation: you’ll develop advanced solutions, from building prompt libraries and content automation, to predictive models and client-facing AI tools. The goal is to help transform marketing operations into scalable, AI-driven systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Prompt Engineer.
• Strong Python skills with experience in automation and web scraping.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and APIs (image processing/Google platforms preferred).
• Understanding of marketing workflows (SEO, content generation, social media).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries for content creation, FAQs, and Google Business Profiles.
• Monitor performance and continuously refine prompts for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop automated systems for renaming/geo-tagging images, watermarking, and drafting FAQ/GBP content.
• Provide AI-assisted workflows for ad copy, meta descriptions, and social media.
• Document processes to ensure scalability and future client packaging.
• Design and implement client-facing AI systems (localized SEO content, AI assistants, predictive ROI models).
• Collaborate with developers to prototype scalable solutions.
• Stay current with AI models, APIs, and best practices in prompt engineering.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical marketing applications.
• Test and evaluate third-party AI tools for potential integration.
