We've scaled from $0 -> $XM ARR in 3 months with our agentic product, and we're looking for AI Prompt Engineers to help us reach $XXM ARR in the next 9 months. As a founding Prompt Engineer at Magical, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI automation platform and our customers’ needs. You’ll work directly with customers, helping them deploy, integrate, and optimize Magical’s solutions to drive business value. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving, customer engagement, and product customization to ensure the customer’s seamless adoption, success, and expansion over time.

  • Build custom workflow configurations via AI prompting and internal tools to extend Magical’s capabilities for specific customer use cases.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their workflow challenges and design tailored AI-powered automation solutions using Magical’s platform.
  • Deploy, configure, and integrate Magical’s automation technology with customer environments, including CRMs, EHRs and loan origination systems.
  • Act as the technical liaison between customers and Magical’s product and engineering teams, capturing feedback and driving improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments, integrations, and performance optimization.
  • Be a vocal member, helping the engineering team build internal tools and documentation to streamline future customer implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Magical’s platform, upselling additional solutions and driving account growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, solutions engineering, QA engineering, or similar technical background.
  • Deep AI prompting proficiency.
  • A top project manager with the ability to wrangle projects into a plan and execute.
  • Familiarity with business process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts in a clear and structured manner.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required for setup and implementation.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
