About The Position

The AI Project Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs that support client strategy. This role involves applying leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributing to the development of new principles and concepts. The AI Project Manager will work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions, operating with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Additionally, this position includes mentoring or supervising employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including Jira or Confluence.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning project management.
• Experience leading and coaching Agile or Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of project and program management practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with managing open source software solutions.
• Experience leveraging DevSecOps practices.
• Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• SAFe Program Consultant or similar agile certifications.
