As Program Manager III in this role manages implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Acts as a liaison between department and outside communities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday – Friday 8:00am—5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 5 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of primary research and business plan development
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills
  • Can take appropriate action in a stressful environment
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities related to AI education and literacy.
  • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Serves as primary contact for commercial AI pilot efforts, managing communication and education for participants as well as pilot logistics.
