About The Position

Securities Services Operations is embarking on a multi‑year program to deliver strategic improvements through the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As the AI Vice President, you will drive the effective implementation of strategic initiatives across business, operations, and technology, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and execute end‑to‑end delivery. You will steward governance of the AI portfolio, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, produce executive‑ready communications, and enable operational efficiency and scale across the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proven project management delivery on complex initiatives, ideally in financial services or digital tooling environments.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear, concise communication.
  • Manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exhibit an ownership mindset; take issues to closure and proactively improve business processes.
  • Influence outcomes at all levels and navigate the organization to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional coordination with business, operations, and technology; build strong stakeholder relationships and embed in workstreams to drive delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and identify priorities; translate into clear requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design solutions that can scale across operations and deliver measurable value to the organization.
  • Own end‑to‑end execution: plan scope, schedules, and scorecards; track status from initiation to delivery in line with program management standards.
  • Support overall governance of the AI portfolio, ensuring consistency of messaging and reporting and adherence to standards.
  • Produce clear communications and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle, including process flows, business cases, gap analyses, governance materials, future‑state models, and executive‑ready updates.
  • Manage, analyze, and track project status; escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution to closure.
  • Balance near‑term needs with long‑term strategy; implement pragmatic interim solutions until target state is ready.
  • Enable operational efficiency and scale by supporting solution rollout across Operations.
  • Handle various ad‑hoc requests on a daily basis with urgency and discipline.
