Role Description We are looking for an AI Productivity Platform Manager to join our AI Productivity team. In this role, you will serve as a force-multiplier for our AI initiatives, ensuring that our ecosystem of AI tools (including ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Gemini, and various pilots) is operationally ready, governed, and scalable. You will own the "day-2 operations" of our AI productivity stack—handling access provisioning, license governance, integrations, and pilot enablement. By professionalizing these workflows, you will reduce operational risk and improve time-to-value for teams across Oura adopting new AI technologies. Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term role. Location This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston. We have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.
