About The Position

As an AI Product Manager, you will play a key role in addressing complex clinical challenges as we build out our AI coordinator. In this role, you will engage directly with users, collaborate with clients, and work cross-functionally to transform healthcare needs into effective product solutions. Your contributions will enable clinicians and care teams to focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a health-tech problem-solver who thrives at both execution and partnership – you keep in mind the high-level strategy while being able to dive into the weeds.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a product, operational, or technical role.
  • Technical competency demonstrated through prior experience building applications and understanding of complex concepts such as data models and API infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with design, engineering, operations, and commercial partners.
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and develop expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make abstract ideas clear and accessible.
  • Interest in healthcare, with a desire to innovate and make a difference in this space.
  • Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we’re in-office ~3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare provider tools, EHR workflows, or care coordination platforms.
  • Exposure to user research or product discovery processes (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
  • Previous experience with coding or software development.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • Experience working in early-stage or growth-stage startups.

Responsibilities

  • Distilling complex workflows and clinical concepts into elegant AI-powered product solutions that support clinicians and care teams across Trovo’s platform.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, AI/ML, commercial, and clinical stakeholders to define user problems, co-create scalable solutions, and support product rollouts.
  • Conducting market and user research to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities in real-world healthcare settings.
  • Work with full-stack and AI/ML engineering teams to break down complex problems into high impact, deliverable work.
  • Build internal and client-facing prototypes using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)
