L'Oréal, the world leader in beauty, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our innovative AI team in the Americas Zone. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of beauty by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to drive efficiency, enhance user experiences, and deliver tangible business value, with a specific focus on our supply chain operations. About the Role: As a Product Manager within our AI team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, translating complex business challenges into intuitive, high-impact AI-powered solutions. You will champion the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring our AI products meet critical user needs, deliver real value, and are built and implemented with precision. This role offers the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between advanced technology and strategic business objectives, specifically within the critical realm of supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciecne or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, agile environment, delivering successful software or AI-driven products.
  • Demonstrated experience building, launching, and scaling products powered by Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
  • Strong knowledge or direct experience working on supply chain topics, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within logistics, forecasting, inventory management, or related areas.
  • A powerful blend of technical savviness and business acumen, allowing you to articulate technical complexities to business users and strategic implications to technical teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple products and priorities simultaneously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • A curious mind, eager to explore new technologies and challenges, with a relentless drive to innovate and deliver value.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Evangelize Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, particularly those impacting L'Oréal's Americas Zone supply chain.
  • User & Business Empathy: Deeply understand user needs and business requirements across various L'Oréal functions, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with a team of data scientists, software developers, and designers to guide product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proactively manage relationships with internal stakeholders across the business and technical teams, as well as external vendors, ensuring alignment and successful collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Agile Execution: Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
  • Performance & Value Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, analyzing results to inform future product iterations and demonstrate tangible business impact.
  • Communication & Advocacy: Act as the primary face of your products, communicating their value and capabilities to diverse audiences, from technical teams, to users & senior leadership.
