About The Position

The ADI Data Analyst intern at Motorola Solutions plays a crucial role in executing various reporting tasks and data analytics for the Digital Enablement & Analytics Program. Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from data.
• Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and experience with relational databases or data warehouses.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.
• Required experience in sourcing data from multiple data sources for building Tableau visualizations.
• High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the Digital Enablement & Analytics Program.
• Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and identify key performance indicators.
• Participate in data exploration, cleaning, and preparation to ensure data integrity before visualization.
• Contribute to the creation and documentation of best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
