The Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS) organization is a centralized Center of Excellence (COE) within Schwab Technology Services (STS) that provides security services to advance Schwab's security posture of critical assets. The AI Security Engineering Team is a specialized group within SCS responsible for securing the design, deployment, and operation of AI systems across the enterprise. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as an AI Platform Security Engineer with responsibilities that include: Supporting the integration and operation of AI Tools within the enterprise ecosystem. Assisting with proxy and policy configurations, monitoring AI traffic for security anomalies, documenting playbooks for incident response, and collaborating with senior platform engineers to enhance observability and detections. The role will also involve hands-on work with security proxies, logging pipelines, and network security frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of network security, proxies, and SIEM tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
• Strong interest in AI technologies and willingness to learn security controls for AI/ML systems
• Good communication and documentation skills
