What you’ll achieve As an AI Platform Engineer, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies and solutions for engagements. You will:

Requirements

• Strong Kubernetes, containerization, networking, and Linux expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, IaC, and automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices and cluster hardening.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and service mesh concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
• Proactive ownership mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• 12 to 15 years of related experience
• Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies
• Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Design automated CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows (Argo CD).
• Develop infrastructure with Terraform/Helm/Kustomize and automate tasks using scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for platform observability.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 20% of the time, as required, to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites or data centers.
