About The Position

We're looking for a junior-to-mid-level AI Platform Analyst to support the testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement of our internal AI-powered media planning and analytics platform.
This role focuses on quality assurance, user enablement, and execution-not software development. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and internal teams to ensure our AI tools are reliable, usable, and widely adopted.
Our AI platform is becoming central to how we research, plan, and optimize media. This role ensures the platform works well in practice-not just in theory-by turning AI capabilities into consistent, repeatable results teams can rely on.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Experience in QA, platform support, product operations, or testing
• Exposure to AI tools or prompt-based workflows
• Comfort working with data-driven systems or databases
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

• Tableau or BI tool experience
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar PM tools
• Media, advertising, or analytics background
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Test new platform features, workflows, and AI prompts
• Identify and document bugs, UX issues, and edge cases
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and usability
• Provide structured feedback to improve workflows and design
• Train internal teams and support onboarding
• Create user guides, training materials, and release notes
• Own specific AI modules or initiatives
• Coordinate testing and feedback with offshore development teams
• Perform basic data validation and quality checks
